Return & Refund Policy – Retail Customers Only

At Melissa, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy exclusively for retail customers. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused

  • With all original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: This return policy applies only to retail purchases made through our official store. For wholesale orders, please contact our wholesale team directly prior to purchase to review terms and conditions.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed return instructions. Do not send back items without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Custom orders or personalized products

  • Intimate or personal care goods (e.g. beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

To exchange an item, simply return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, in accordance with EU regulations. Items must remain unused, unworn, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
