Melissa Store is committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and with full transparency. Please review the following shipping policy to understand how we handle order fulfillment and delivery across all regions.

1. Shipping Regions

We ship both domestically within Mainland China and internationally to over 100 countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

Melissa Store is operated by HONG KONG CHENSHEN TRADING LIMITED (香港辰申貿易有限公司), with fulfillment support by our manufacturing partner DanYang Li Zi Se Fashion Co., Ltd. (丹阳黎姿色服饰有限公司).

2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

  • Peak periods: 3–5 business days

  • Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Danyang, Jiangsu Province, China

Note: Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by customs, local disruptions, or courier service conditions.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on all retail orders over ¥1,500 / US$200 / £160 / €180

  • For orders below the threshold, shipping fees are calculated at checkout

  • Wholesale customers receive separate freight quotes based on volume and location

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes

  • These charges are not included in product or shipping prices

  • Orders returned due to refusal to pay import fees will have return costs deducted from the refund

6. Tracking & Notifications

  • Tracking information is emailed within 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • You may track your order on the courier’s website or using third-party platforms

  • If you do not receive a tracking number, contact us at info@melissa-store.com

7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Failures

  • Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order

  • If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer

  • Melissa Store is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping details

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, or building management first

  • Melissa Store is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

  • We will support you in claims filed with the courier, where applicable

9. Wholesale Logistics

We provide full support for bulk and wholesale shipments, including:

  • Freight forwarding and container consolidation

  • Custom invoice and shipping documentation

  • Delivery terms tailored to wholesale contracts

10. Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to:

  • Embargoed or restricted countries

  • P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses (unless approved by the carrier)
